WHY DO INTERNATIONAL HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT?

Overcome Shortages of Healthcare Professionals
Grow your organization unimpeded by staffing challenges. Developing an off-shore supply channel of manpower is an effective way to counter severe labor shortages of healthcare professionals.

Build Your Long-Term Workforce
Our internationally recruited Healthcare Professionals comes with a 3-year term of employment and majority of them stays as they develop strong loyalty to organizations that recruits them.

Reduce Dependency on Contract Labor
Supplementing your workforce with international professionals for long term employment can be a cost-effective way to build your permanent staff over the long term and therefore lessen over-reliance on per diem and travel staffing services.

Create Consistent and Reliable Staffing Models
Reduce vacancy rates, overtime, and staff turn-over to improve continuity and quality of care for your patients and residents. Your staffing metrics becomes more stable with a continuous inflow of international healthcare professionals.

Increase staff BSNs
According to research, baccalaureate educated nurses provide a higher level of patient care. All our internationally recruited nurses holds a BSN degree.

Improve Retention
First year attrition rates for US new graduate RNs can be very high, roughly 30% in the first year of practice and as much as 57% in the second year. By comparison, retention rates for international nurses are typically higher than US new graduate retention.

Enhance Workforce Diversity
As the US population becomes increasingly diverse, many US healthcare organizations are looking for ways to increase the diversity of their clinical staff. Recruitment of international healthcare professionals is one means of achieving this goal.

Improve Patient Satisfaction and Safety
Inadequate staffing adversely impacts patient satisfaction and safety. Overworked staff tend to spend less time with the patient and are more likely to commit mistakes. By recruiting international healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations can overcome worker shortages and therefore improve patient satisfaction and safety.
Testimonials
I met Simon through a friend when we were looking for an employer that would petition from the Philippines to the USA. It was my very first attempt to apply for a job in the USA. Simon was very thorough and helped my friend and I through the process. I nearly gave up since it was tough to go through the process but Simon did not stop helping. So, here I am now 14 years later.

USRN employment. There was retrogression that time and he always updated us on the status of our
applications. He is very patient and professional. I had so many queries, and he always took time to
discuss with me my concerns. He is very responsive even to urgent matters. I remember one time when
my email was hacked, he was the first to let me know. I am truly grateful that he helped every step of
the way so that I may fulfill my dream of working in the US as a nurse.
